How long does my order take?

Orders typically take 2–5 business days to process after payment is confirmed. Standard shipping within the United States usually takes another 3–7 business days after the order ships. These timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Processing may take longer during busy periods.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout before payment. Any free-shipping promotion and its conditions will be shown when applicable.

Can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier scans your parcel.

How do your tees and hoodies fit?

Our men’s heavyweight graphic tees have a relaxed, boxy fit. Women’s classic-fit tees and shorter cropped tees have different silhouettes. Our unisex heavyweight hoodies are intentionally oversized. For best results, compare measurements with a garment you already own using our shirt size guide or hoodie size guide.

Can I return an item?

Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our return and refund policy. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with original tags attached and in their original condition. Some products, including custom and marked final-sale items, are excluded. Customers ordinarily pay return shipping unless an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.

What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photographs so we can review the issue.

Can I exchange for a different size?

The fastest option is to return the eligible original item and place a new order for the preferred size or product. See our full refund policy for eligibility details.
